Over the past 20 years, Scott Blanchard, Second Generation CEO of Blanchard, has broadened the focus on leadership to include the “age old principles” that have endured, and the “newly discovered” tenets learned from the applied lessons from working with organizations around the world. More recently, Scott Blanchard and his colleagues have developed research and science-based understanding of leadership that reinforces many long-standing principles and identifies the critical importance of newly discovered distinctions and practices.
